We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our brand across all customer touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a purpose-led, health-focused brand and drive its growth in a competitive and fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clear brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and manage new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and consumer promotions.
  • Analyse market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage brand budgets and coordinate with external agencies and creative partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.

About You:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, food, or wellness industries.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding principles, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing NPD, packaging, and brand campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse performance data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion for health, nutrition, or sustainable living.
