We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our brand across all customer touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a purpose-led, health-focused brand and drive its growth in a competitive and fast-moving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a clear brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and manage new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and consumer promotions.
- Analyse market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage brand budgets and coordinate with external agencies and creative partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
About You:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG, food, or wellness industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding principles, and multi-channel marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in managing NPD, packaging, and brand campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse performance data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion for health, nutrition, or sustainable living.
