Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Brand Home Guide to create an exceptional visitor experience. You will bring the history, craft, and unique production methods of an Irish whiskey distillery to life through engaging tours and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage visitors, providing a warm and professional experience.
  • Host guided tours and share information about the history, production, distillation, and maturation processes.
  • Work within the retail gift shop as a product expert.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the visitor experience.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of drinks in the bar.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the premises.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events throughout the year.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and visitors.
  • Support the Sales team with events and tastings when required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
  • Take part in training and ongoing professional development.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, engaging, and professional manner.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Reliable, honest, driven, and open-minded.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods.
