Upton Full-Time On-site
Bell Plastics

Bell Plastics is a busy manufacturing company, and we're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) to join our team. We've recently moved an additional manufacturing plant into Bell Plastics, which means we've got more machinery to maintain and a growing need for engineering support. We're looking for someone who's confident working on both electrical and mechanical equipment, enjoys getting stuck in and can help keep our machines running smoothly. You'll be involved in day-to-day maintenance, fault-finding, breakdowns and making improvements to help keep production on track. We're a friendly, hardworking team where everyone helps each other out. We value people who are reliable, and take pride in their work.

Why Join Us?

It's a good time to join Bell Plastics. With more machinery on site and our manufacturing operations growing, there's plenty to get involved in and an opportunity to make a real difference. You'll be working with a supportive team, dealing with a variety of engineering challenges and helping us keep things running safely and efficiently. If you're a practical, hands-on engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience, and you're looking for a role where you can really get involved, we'd like to hear from you.

Find and fix faults on production and packaging machinery, using your electrical and mechanical knowledge to solve problems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep machinery in good working order and reduce unexpected breakdowns. Work closely with the Production team to resolve issues, minimise downtime and keep things running smoothly. Keep accurate records of breakdowns, repairs and maintenance work. Follow safe working procedures and make sure all maintenance activities are carried out safely. Get involved in improving machinery, processes and equipment reliability, helping us work more efficiently.
