Meadows & Co is expanding both our residential and commercial conveyancing teams and is looking for an Associate who is ready to take the next step in building their practice.
You will manage a varied caseload spanning residential sales, purchases and remortgages, alongside a broad range of commercial property matters, including commercial leases, lease renewals, licences to assign, licences for alterations, refinancing, landlord and tenant work, and general property portfolio management.
The role will involve supporting a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to clients engaged in high-value, complex and commercially sensitive transactions.
This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, you'll take ownership of files from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced colleagues who are invested in your development.
Your day‑to‑day work will involve managing the full property transaction process across a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, you will provide clear, practical advice throughout each transaction, build strong relationships, and resolve issues as they arise.
You will also ensure every matter is handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements, including anti‑money laundering obligations, while upholding Meadows & Co's reputation for delivering a thorough, professional service.
As your experience grows, so will your opportunities.

We'll support your ongoing professional development, encourage you to strengthen your technical knowledge, and provide the flexibility to shape your career in a way that suits your goals.
Our hybrid working model combines the benefits of in‑office collaboration, particularly valuable when working through complex matters, with the flexibility to work from home, giving you the balance to focus while remaining connected to your team.
