Meadows & Co is expanding both our residential and commercial conveyancing teams and is looking for an Associate who is ready to take the next step in building their practice.
You will manage a varied caseload spanning residential sales, purchases and remortgages, alongside a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial leases
- Lease renewals
- Licences to assign
- Licences for alterations
- Refinancing
- Landlord and tenant work
- General property portfolio management
