We're looking for a Conveyancer with 2+ years of PQE to join our Warrington office on a hybrid basis.
This is a chance to work with a practice that values expertise without ego, where your technical knowledge is trusted and your judgment respected.
You'll work on a varied caseload—first-time buyers, investors, complex sales, leasehold matters—with the support of experienced colleagues and modern conveyancing software.
The role offers genuine autonomy: you'll manage your own file from exchange through completion, handling client relationships directly and dealing with solicitors, agents, and lenders as the primary point of contact.
Your day-to-day will involve the full conveyancing lifecycle: reviewing contracts and supporting documentation, conducting comprehensive searches and enquiries, identifying issues and advising clients on risk and remedies, liaising with third parties to resolve queries, and steering transactions to successful completion.
You'll develop your understanding of title, spot issues that others miss, and become someone clients ask for by name.
