You'll handle the cases that matter most—the high-value financial remedies involving complex corporate and trust structures, the intricate international jurisdiction matters, the sensitive children law disputes—whilst serving as the technical compass for our wider team.

This is a platform for your expertise to shine, unburdened by equity obligations or administrative overhead. Your day-to-day will centre on leading complex, high-stakes family matters from initial advice through resolution. You'll take conduct of sophisticated financial remedies cases, advise on private law children disputes (including relocation and alienation claims), and leverage alternative dispute resolution credentials where appropriate to achieve pragmatic outcomes.

Equally important is your role as a senior mentor and technical advisor to our growing family team: you'll be the person our associates turn to for strategic troubleshooting, the voice of authority on emerging case law, and the keeper of our technical standards. Beyond the office, you'll represent the firm at industry forums, nurture referral networks, and help shape the firm's reputation in the family law market through writing, speaking, or professional involvement.
