This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Associate role within our Corporate team, where you'll take meaningful ownership of transactions while working closely with partners who actively mentor and trust their lawyers with real responsibility. You'll be joining us at a moment of genuine growth, where your contribution directly shapes the firm's capability in the market. Your day-to-day will span the full breadth of corporate work: advising on M&A transactions, equity investments, shareholder agreements, and general corporate governance matters. You'll draft key transaction documents, conduct due diligence, manage junior lawyers and trainees, and be the main point of contact for clients on significant matters. You'll work across a genuinely collaborative team, attending client meetings and taking real ownership of deals from inception to completion. This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a document silo—you'll understand the commercial context and your advice will shape outcomes.
