We are recruiting for an ambitious individual to join a new branch of New Business team, supporting our Criminal, Family and Private Client teams as the first point of contact for potential clients enquiring about our services.

This full-time Client Relationship Executive role requires someone with a strong background in customer-facing positions and a passion for delivering excellent client care.

We as a firm are naturally agile and we are happy to recruit into either the Liverpool, or Runcorn office. The nature of the role dictates that this is office base.

General Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing initial quotes
  • Following up using our client relationship software
  • Guiding and supporting our clients through our onboarding process
  • Allocating clients to our solicitors and ensuring a high level of attention to detail
  • Providing a great experience for your clients, colleagues and ambassadors is important so we need someone with a true positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires the following

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, by email and by phone.
  • High IT competency with relevant experience in Microsoft Office and software as a service cloud application.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team and contribute positively to team targets.
  • Knowledge of legal processes would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Ambition to progress. We strongly believe in the development and training of colleagues.
