Lucy Legal LLP is seeking an HR Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the People function, partnering with the HR Manager and leadership to deliver HR activities across the firm.

You’ll manage recruitment pipelines, payroll adjustments, HRIS updates, onboarding, absence management, staff engagement, and policy guidance with warmth and clarity.

You’ll own projects, support training and development, and help grow and develop HR expertise within a collaborative team.
