We work on a dedicated 1:1 model, pairing one Paralegal directly to work 1:1 with a Solicitor. This means you won't get lost in a massive pool; you will receive direct support, high-level exposure, and a clear, transparent pathway to progress your legal career.

The Role

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated, and eager-to-learn Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our close-knit team. Working 1:1 with a Solicitor, you will be the engine room of your dedicated pod, running live files alongside your Solicitor from initial instruction through to post-completion, while also acting as a friendly, confident voice on our main office telephone line for incoming client calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Solicitor Support: Work side-by-side on a 1:1 basis with your designated Solicitor to manage, progress, and execute a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

• Client & Third-Party Interaction: Act as a key contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties, delivering exceptional service and clear updates.

• First Line of Contact: Handle incoming mainline phone calls for the firm in an outgoing, professional, and helpful manner.

• File Management & Documentation: Prepare contract packs for sales, request pre-assignment packs/mortgage redemption statements, order property and Land Registry searches, progress enquiries, and draft reports.

• Administrative & Systems Control: Manage post, update case management/ledger systems, and maintain strict compliance and company policy standards.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s hands-on experience within a residential conveyancing department (pre-instruction to post-completion).
