The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE min) to manage a varied conveyancing caseload across freehold and leasehold transactions, including Building Safety Act 2022 matters.
Key Focus Areas

Autonomously manage transactions from instruction to post-completion with full 1:1 paralegal support.

Mentor and lead your assigned paralegal within your pod.

Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.

Drive strong billing performance using our streamlined case management systems.
What We Are Looking For

Qualified Solicitor or Conveyancer with 2+ years min PQE in residential conveyancing.

Solid experience in handling complex leasehold and freehold files.

A commercial, proactive mindset and a track record of meeting fee-earning targets.

Excellent communication skills and a team-first, collaborative approach.
