We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our award‑winning Conveyancing Team as a Conveyancing Assistant on a full‑time basis, with flexibility to be based in any of our six offices: Runcorn, Maghull, Walton Vale, Warrington, Liverpool City Centre or Ashton in Makerfield.

You’ll be working as part of a well‑established and highly respected team, supporting experienced conveyancers and gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of residential property matters. General Responsibilities

  • Support our solicitors and conveyancers in delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients throughout their property transaction.
  • Assist with the day-to-day progression of conveyancing files.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails.
  • Update case management systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide a friendly and professional service to clients at all times.
