We're seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join a thriving residential team that handles everything from first-time buyer purchases to high-value prime London properties and estate transfers. This is your opportunity to lead on complex transactions, mentor junior fee-earners, and take genuine ownership of client relationships. You'll work across the full lifecycle of conveyancing—from initial report drafting and searches through to completion and post-completion matters—with the autonomy to manage your own caseload and the support of a well-established back-office function. Our Westminster location and hybrid arrangement mean you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: a collaborative office culture when you need it, and the flexibility to focus on substantive work from home.

Your day-to-day will be intellectually engaging and varied. You'll be drafting reports on title, identifying and resolving defects, liaising with mortgage lenders on their requirements, managing chains and coordinating completion timings, and handling the inevitable complications that make conveyancing genuinely interesting. You'll also be expected to spot-check junior work, share your knowledge, and contribute to the smooth running of the department—whether that's refining processes or supporting colleagues on tricky issues.
