We're seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing residential team. Your day-to-day work will encompass the full conveyancing lifecycle: taking detailed client instructions, conducting thorough searches and enquiries, reviewing legal title and identifying any issues early, preparing contracts and completion documents, and managing the entire transaction journey through to completion and registration. You'll liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local authorities, balancing meticulous attention to detail with efficient client communication. You'll be expected to manage your own caseload competently, with support readily available when needed, and to exercise sound judgment in identifying and resolving the kinds of issues that inevitably arise in residential transactions.
