Our Residential Conveyancing team sits at the heart of this offering, and we’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join us.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in clients’ lives at pivotal moments.

You’ll be handling a diverse caseload across the full spectrum of residential transactions—freehold sales and purchases, leasehold matters, refinancing, and everything in between.

What makes this role particularly rewarding is the blend of technical rigour with genuine client interaction.

You won’t be hidden away; you’ll be the point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing the reassurance that comes with expert guidance through what is often their largest financial commitment.

Your day-to-day will see you conducting property searches and enquiries, reviewing and drafting contracts and transfer deeds, liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors’ offices, and managing the completion process from start to finish.

You’ll use your technical knowledge to identify and navigate issues—be they boundary disputes, title defects, or leasehold complications—with confidence and creativity.

Your work will be underpinned by meticulous attention to detail, but equally by your ability to communicate complex matters clearly to clients who may have no legal background whatsoever.
