Our greatest asset is our people — it's what our success is built on.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Contracts Manager to join our Commercial Contracts team. This is a key role within a fast-growing, globally active technology business, where you will be responsible for leading and managing complex commercial contracts across a varied and high-value portfolio.

Working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations, you will provide expert commercial guidance throughout the full contract lifecycle — from initial negotiation through to delivery and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation, drafting and management of complex commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and partners
  • Provide commercially sound advice to internal teams, managing risk and ensuring contractual obligations are understood and met
  • Review and redline customer and supplier paper, identifying risk and proposing appropriate mitigations
  • Support bid and proposal activity by providing commercial input and contract strategy
  • Maintain and develop contract templates, playbooks and standard terms in line with business requirements
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and with external customers and partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in commercial contracts management, ideally within IT services, technology or a related sector
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-party agreements
  • Solid understanding of contract law and commercial risk
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage a varied workload across concurrent contracts
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working on both customer and supplier-side contracts
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail

  • Global footprint — Shape outcomes for some of the world's largest organisations across our international operations
  • Be well @ Bell — Our commitment to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Flexible working — Hybrid working arrangement
  • Sustainability — Join a company that embeds responsible practices across everything we do
