The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Contracts Manager to join our Commercial Contracts team. This is a key role within a fast-growing, globally active technology business, where you will be responsible for leading and managing complex commercial contracts across a varied and high-value portfolio.
Working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations, you will provide expert commercial guidance throughout the full contract lifecycle — from initial negotiation through to delivery and close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation, drafting and management of complex commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and partners
- Provide commercially sound advice to internal teams, managing risk and ensuring contractual obligations are understood and met
- Review and redline customer and supplier paper, identifying risk and proposing appropriate mitigations
- Support bid and proposal activity by providing commercial input and contract strategy
- Maintain and develop contract templates, playbooks and standard terms in line with business requirements
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and with external customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team where appropriate

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-party agreements
- Solid understanding of contract law and commercial risk

- Experience working on both customer and supplier-side contracts
