The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for our portfolio of Saa S and technology solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Technology, Alliances, and Marketing, ensuring that our solutions are effectively brought to market, differentiated from competitors, and aligned to customer needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product adoption, generating demand, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting revenue generation across both new and existing customers.

Overview

To define, develop, and execute the product marketing and go-to-market strategy across our Saa S and technology solutions.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will elevate our value proposition, strengthen our market positioning, and ensure our products are communicated effectively to customers, partners, and prospects.

Through compelling messaging, thought leadership, sales enablement, and market insight, the role will drive awareness, demand generation, product adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and feature releases.
  • Define compelling product positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Partner with Product Management and technical teams to ensure market requirements and customer insights are reflected in product strategy.
  • Develop launch plans that maximise awareness, engagement, adoption, and commercial success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges, buying behaviours, and decision-making processes by conducting market, customer and competitor research.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen market positioning.

Identify partnership and alliance opportunities that support growth objectives.

  • Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Customer Marketing, Business Development, Sales Leaders, and Vendor Alliance teams to create campaigns that drive demand and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Develop campaign messaging and supporting assets that support customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell objectives.
  • Content & Thought Leadership
  • Lead the development of product marketing assets including whitepapers, videos, blogs and articles, customer case studies and videos, sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with the CTO office, product managers and technical specialists to create thought leadership and intellectual property that establishes the organisation as a recognised industry authority.
  • Equip sales teams with the tools, messaging, training, and collateral required to effectively position solutions and accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and customer-facing presentations.
  • Act as a trusted partner to strategic sales teams and support key opportunities where required.

Skills/Experience

  • Significant experience in Product Marketing within a Saa S, software, cloud, managed services, or technology environment.
  • Proven success delivering go-to-market strategies that drive market growth, demand generation, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience leading product launches and developing positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Strong sales enablement experience with a track record of supporting commercial success.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
