Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with Bell corporate objectives.
    • Strengthen brand positioning to differentiate in competitive IT services markets.
    • Lead global go-to-market initiatives for solutions across AI, Cloud Infrastructure & Security, and Modern Workplace.
  • Demand Generation & Growth
    • Develop integrated marketing campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
    • Partner with sector and regional sales leaders to deliver tailored campaigns that support local business goals.
    • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership
    • Elevate brand visibility across key markets through digital, events, PR, and content marketing.
    • Position the company as a thought leader in digital transformation and emerging technologies and value realisation.
    • Oversee content strategy (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
    • Drive global digital marketing programs across SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and social channels.
    • Implement analytics and reporting to measure ROI and continuously improve performance.
    • Champion data-driven marketing, leveraging insights for personalisation and customer engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international marketing team.
  • Partner with Sales, CTO, and Practice Delivery teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage external agencies, consultants, and partners effectively.

Role Specific Requirements

  • Proven experience as Marketing Director within a global IT services, technology, or consulting company.
  • Strong understanding of IT services markets (AI, Cloud, Data, Security, Modern Workplace).
  • Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation, ABM, and enterprise marketing.
  • Expertise in building and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience leading global teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cognism).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or VP Marketing).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing global marketing strategies that directly support revenue and growth objectives.
  • Experience leading international teams across multiple regions (e.g., UK, Europe, US, Middle East).
  • Demonstrated ability to align marketing with sales, driving pipeline creation and conversion.
  • History of transforming or modernising marketing functions β€” introducing automation, analytics, or digital-first strategies.
  • Understanding of AI, Cloud, Data, Security, IoT, and Modern Workplace solution areas.
  • Experience working with or within global technology ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Dell, IBM, NVIDIA).
  • Exposure to enterprise B2B customers across key verticals such as financial services, communications, manufacturing, healthcare, or public sector.
