The Campaign Manager will develop end-to-end campaign plans aligned with marketing and business goals, supporting the GTM through our partners and new product releases, building our sales pipeline to help achieve new business revenue growth. You'll take ownership of campaign management, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, sales and Business Development Team, and external agencies to drive high-quality multi-touch campaigns, utilising a complete marketing mix approach underpinned with SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and timelines.
- Translate high-level marketing strategy into executable campaign roadmaps.
- Manage campaign delivery across channels (e.g. digital, email, paid media, social, events, CRM).
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Track campaign performance against KPIs such as leads, conversions, ROI, CAC, and engagement.
- Analyse results and optimise campaigns in-flight in collaboration with BDR lead and the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Produce clear performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Work with the Vendor Alliance Team and external marketing teams to produce joint partner campaigns with IBM, Dell, NICE, Microsoft, and AWS.
- Collaborate with the IP and CTO teams to develop campaigns that support our product and proposition releases.
- Utilising the data and results across all levels of the new business marketing and sales funnel, analyse performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals, and modify approach as needed.
- Leverage AI campaign management with Salesforce/Agent Force.
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic and targeted accounts.
Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Growth Marketing, focusing on early-stage growth.
- Expertise in creating campaign plans that reflect long sales cycles and multi-touch attribution.
- Proven track record of crafting multi-touch B2B campaigns simultaneously across channels.
- Proficient in using SalesForce Marketing Cloud, with experience in utilising Data 360 and AgentForce.
- Experience in using intent tools and prospecting to build target lists.
- Experience partnering with external agencies and leading/influencing internal content and creative teams.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Dynamic, energetic, and tenacious - constantly seeking to improve campaign business performance.
