The goal of the Director of AI Portfolio Management is to develop and execute a strategic plan to position and market the company's AI solutions & services in a way that drives revenue growth and market share. This involves using market research and customer insights to align services with customer demand, craft compelling positioning and messaging, enable sales team effectiveness and implement successful AI go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- AI Portfolio Go-to-market Strategy:
- Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to shape the portfolio strategy.
- Service Portfolio Positioning & Messaging: Define and articulate the AI portfolio's unique value proposition, differentiators and messaging that resonates with the target market.
- Maintain, add to the Service Catalogue: Define and maintain the service portfolio catalogue and coordinate launch planning of new products or features with cross-functional teams.
- Sales Enablement:
- Sales Training: Develop comprehensive training materials and programs to ensure the sales team has the knowledge and tools to sell the portfolio effectively.
- Sales Tools and Collateral Creation: Create and maintain up-to-date sales collateral, such as pitch decks, demos, data sheets, and case studies that support the selling process.
- Lead / Demand Generation Support:
- Content Strategy and Development: Craft and execute an AI content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, and other materials to attract and engage prospects.
- Campaign Support and Execution: Assist in creating focused AI content rich marketing campaigns to generate leads through the various marketing channels.
- Portfolio Adoption & Customer lifetime value:
- Onboarding: Develop resources and programs to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and understand how to use the service effectively.
- Training: Develop resources and create new AI content training for customers & partners to cover sales, presales, consulting, & support teams.
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Build customer relationships to promote retention, gather feedback, and encourage positive word-of-mouth and case studies.
- Retention and Cross / Upsell: Develop strategies for customer retention and cross / upsell to enhance value and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the CTO's office, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, establishing feedback loops that guarantee a unified and effective portfolio strategy.
- Drive execution excellence, ensuring that tactical plans focus on delivering business outcomes.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure initiative effectiveness.
