The Early Careers Development Partner will lead the design and delivery of Bell’s Early Careers strategy, focusing on apprenticeships, graduates, and interns as the foundation for future workforce planning. This role partners strategically with the business and People and Values team to attract, develop, and retain early career talent, ensuring programs are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy report on program ROI and success metrics.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics and stakeholder feedback, driving improvements.

- Has a strong background in People Development, specifically in Early Careers Programs.
