Our greatest asset is our people — it's what our success is built on. We are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Contracts Manager to join our Commercial Contracts team. This is a key role within a fast-growing, globally active technology business, where you will be responsible for leading and managing complex commercial contracts across a varied and high-value portfolio.
Working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations, you will provide expert commercial guidance throughout the full contract lifecycle — from initial negotiation through to delivery and close-out.
- Lead the negotiation, drafting and management of complex commercial contracts with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Provide commercially sound advice to internal teams, managing risk and ensuring contractual obligations are understood and met.
- Review and redline customer and supplier paper, identifying risk and proposing appropriate mitigations.
- Support bid and proposal activity by providing commercial input and contract strategy.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team where appropriate.
Significant experience in commercial contracts management, ideally within IT services, technology or a related sector. Solid understanding of contract law and commercial risk.
