From securing project access for utilities to handling rural valuations and property sales, you’ll have the chance to shape impactful projects in a growing firm with a national reputation. What You’ll Do Lead Projects : Manage Utility Frameworks for major utility companies, helping to secure project access, and negotiate compensation claims with landowners. Work with Bell Ingram’s Forestry professionals delivering new woodland creation, management of woodlands and harvesting and marketing of timber. Client Relations : Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and professional advisers to ensure seamless project delivery.
