Bell Ingram is looking for MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyors to join our teams across Scotland, with opportunities available in Perth, Aberdeen, and Ayr. We also welcome applications from individuals working towards professional qualification and looking to take the next step in their rural surveying career.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent firms of rural business specialists. You will work across a diverse client base, delivering professional rural services and building strong relationships with landowners, estates, and businesses.

The Role

You will take a lead on estate management tasks and contribute to the full range of rural surveying services, including:

  • Agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate management, including natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests.
  • Property consultancy on sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves.
  • RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
  • Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
  • Strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients.
  • Business development with new and existing clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification (RICS-accredited degree required).
  • Ideally a RICS Registered Valuer (not essential).
  • FAAV preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car.
