We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take up an administrative role within our team based in Oban.
The role
- Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries
- Sending out brochures and home reports
- Organising property viewings
- Preparing property brochures
- Assisting with general administrative duties
Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable engaging with clients and the general public
- A positive telephone manner
- Good IT skills using Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn bespoke Estate Agency software
- Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.

This is a full time position but applications will be considered on a full time or part time basis. This is a maternity cover but there may be the option to remain on a job share basis.
