The graduate will support the team by delivering land management tasks, utility, infrastructure and renewable projects. Supporting the delivery of a diverse and exciting portfolio of infrastructure and renewable projects. Applicants should be comfortable working on multiple projects at different stages of development and excel at keeping projects moving forward efficiently.

Delivering land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients. Developing strong working relationships with client personnel, and internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants and landowners/occupiers. Maintaining/improving client relationships by upholding quality standards.

Graduate, either with an RICS accredited degree, or keen to develop and willing to complete further relevant postgraduate training. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word packages and GIS platforms. Have a full UK driving licence with access to a car and be willing to travel to site and project locations.

Situated within the purpose-built office complex of UK Coal’s former Ellington Colliery, Bell Ingram’s Morpeth office team specialises in utility infrastructure projects, rural and residential Estate Management and valuation work. Our clients primarily include a number of the Statutory Undertakers with a small number of private clients.
