Bell Ingram is looking for a Rural Surveyor/Land Agent to join our team in Beauly. We would welcome applications from qualified Surveyors or individuals with equivalent relevant experience and looking to take the next step in their rural surveying career.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent firms of rural business specialists. You will work across a diverse client base, delivering professional rural services and building strong relationships with landowners, estates, and businesses.
You will assist with estate management tasks and contribute to the full range of rural surveying services, including:
- Agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate management, including natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests.
- Property consultancy on sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves.
- RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
- Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
- Strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients.
A full driving licence and access to a car is required.
