Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a national property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.
Facilities Manager role Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing relationships with tenants
- Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
- Liaise with contractors and landscapers
- First point of contact for all tenants
Candidate requirements
- The successful individual will have:
- MUST have 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- IOSH, NEBOSH certified
- MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
