The Property Manager role:
- Managing relationships with tenants
- Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
- Manage portfolio of c. 60 residential properties
- Arrange re-furbs and renovations
The successful individual will have:
- Ideally 12 months experience within this field/ similar role
- Ability to create a social media presence
- MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
