The Property Manager role:

  • Managing relationships with tenants
  • Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
  • Manage portfolio of c. 60 residential properties
  • Arrange re-furbs and renovations

The successful individual will have:

  • Ideally 12 months experience within this field/ similar role
  • Ability to create a social media presence
  • MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
