The Role:
- Onboarding and meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone
- Booking meetings, scanning, and dealing with post
- Managing the client database – sending reminders for upcoming events
- Liaising with relevant organisations such as Companies House and HMRC
- Filing of company accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns and more
The Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional front of house client service skills
- Comfortable answering calls in a professional manner
- Experience in an office environment (Ideally in financial services)
- Proactive and willing to support the team where required
- Proficient with MS Office databases
