Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the residential development unit for a large, national law firm based in Birmingham city centre.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for your own plot sales matters
- Prepare and review a range of legal documents
- Handling financial aspects of a transaction, including completion statements and billing
- Communicate with clients, buyer’s solicitors and other third parties to progress files and resolve issues
Ideal Candidate
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
