Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be hiring a Part Time Legal Secretary at a well-established law firm in Birmingham. They are looking for a pro-active individual to join their fast-paced team.
Part Time Legal Secretary responsibilities:
- Scanning, filing, audio typing, call handling, archiving and other admin tasks
- Supporting fee earners with Anti-Money Laundering checks and file closures
- Audio typing of legal documents as dictated
- Creating and amending documents using firm templates
The ideal candidate will have:
- MUST HAVE previous experience within conveyancing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
