The role includes but is not limited to:

  • S38/S278 Agreements
  • Completing S104 Agreements
  • Deeds of Easement for gas, electricity, fibre and water suppliers
  • Transfer of open space or other ad hoc transfer at development sites
  • Attending marketing and networking events with clients and intermediaries

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years previous experience in dealing with infrastructure agreements
  • LPC or ILEX qualified
  • Amazing communication skills, written and verbal
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS365 packages
