Legal Executive Assistant- Family

Manchester- 50/50 Hybrid

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is supporting a large, national law firm in recruiting for Executive Assistants. They seek an experienced professional to join their Family team in Manchester.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management for Fee Earners
  • Support with legal billing processes
  • Processing expenses on behalf of Fee Earners
  • Managing workflow across the administrative support team
  • Client support and communication

Candidate Requirements:

  • Significant admin/secretarial experience in a legal setting (not entry level)
  • Understanding of Family Law (Financial Settlement, Childcare Arrangements, domestic issues, etc.)
  • Strong client service skills, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with legal software (e.g., BigHand) is highly desirable
