Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working alongside a national law firm, that specialise particularly with property law, and have over 8 offices. We are searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join the Residential Conveyancing team.
The Role:
- Managing a full caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
- Drafting of legal documents
- Advising clients and preparing reports
- Ensure progression of transactions
- Regular communication with clients
- Liaise with third parties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Past experience managing your own caseload is a must
- Can commute to Derbyshire
- Qualified solicitor/Licensed conveyancer
- Familiar with land registry portal and online search platforms
- Experience using LEAP case management software
- Experience with leasehold, freehold and commercial property transactions
