Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Solicitor to join a fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre. This role will be within the Residential Litigation Department.

The role: Areas of work

  • Debt Recovery
  • Breach of lease
  • FTT Applications
  • Lease Analysis
  • Lease extensions and variations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (within areas listed of work listed above)
  • A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules – familiar with leases and enforcement of judgements
  • MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
