Bell Cornwall Recruitment are looking for an experienced Temporary Legal Secretary to support the 2 solicitors in a high street law firm based in the Jewellery Quarter.
Secretarial support will mainly be required across Family, Criminal and Personal Injury matters.
A Temporary Legal Secretary will be required (But not limited) to:
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages.
- Speaking to clients
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Typing letters, emails and documents dictated by a solicitor.
- Formatting and reviewing documents
- Opening, updating and organising client files.
- Scanning, photocopying, saving and filing documents
A Temporary Legal Secretary will need experience in:
- Past experience supporting a Solicitor directly is essential
- Experience typing up documents, letters and emails
- Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with clients
- Knowledge of Case Management Systems
