Debt Recovery
Breach of lease
FTT Applications
Lease Analysis
Lease extensions and variations
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong academic background
Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (within areas listed of work)
A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules – familiar with leases and enforcement of judgments
MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
