Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a specialist private immigration law firm based in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its team three days per week on a rolling contract. This is a great opportunity for part-time and locum candidates.
- Advise clients on a range of private UK immigration matters.
- Manage a range of private immigration cases, including spouse and partner visas, settlement and nationality applications.
- Prepare and review applications and supporting documents, ensuring all work meets current immigration requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 2-3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, with experience in private UK immigration law.
- Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and experience advising on complex private immigration matters.
- Excellent legal drafting and client advisory skills, with a professional, independent approach
