The Role:
- Training and development of the team's sales pitch
- Implementing or improving dial rate systems
- Report sales performance to the Sales Director
- Work with Sales Director to set, forecast and achieve sales targets
- Develop sales processes to increase efficiency

- Previous experience as a sales manager in a call centre environment
