An established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with private family law experience who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to progress their career within a supportive and established firm.
Family Solicitor Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting legal correspondence, statements, applications and other court documentation.
- Managing case progression, deadlines and applications.
- Managing client relationships, case progression, deadlines and billing effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2+ years PQE
- Experience independently managing their own caseload.
- Strong knowledge of private family law procedures and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation and client care skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
