Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established high street law firm. The role will also involve supervising their team of 2 Conveyancers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions.
- Commercial property experience would be highly desirable, particularly acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and refinancing.
- 5+ year’s post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
The role:
- Manage a full and varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in accordance with client requirements.
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and other residential property matters.
- Supervision of 2 Conveyancers
