Bell Cornwall Recruitment is recruiting for a Compliance and Risk Solicitor to join a national professional services firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to provide compliance advice, support business projects and improve risk management processes within a supportive and forward-thinking team. The role offers flexibility to work from various Midlands offices, including Birmingham, Worcester and Banbury, with regular travel to the Ashby-de-la-Zouch head office as and when required.

Compliance and Risk Solicitor Responsibilities
- Providing legal, risk and compliance advice across the business.
- Reviewing contracts, policies and internal procedures.
- Advising on GDPR, AML, conflicts of interest and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting projects and improving risk management processes.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce automation and AI
The ideal candidate will have
- Qualification as a solicitor or equivalent professional qualification.
- A proactive approach, commercial awareness and a full driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of legal, risk and compliance matters.
- Experience in a professional services or regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
