Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Location: Birmingham

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a pro‑active Paralegal at a thriving law firm. They are looking for a driven person with property litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents including Landlord and tenant disputes
• Conduct research on property records, title disputes and legal issues
• Carry out lease reviews
• Maintain organised case files and documentation
• Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties

Ideal Candidate

• MUST HAVE previous experience in property litigation
• Previous experience with case management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
