They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their senior leadership support team.
Duties and responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include (but are not limited to):
- Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
- Be responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling of recurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for boards and meetings, planning and preparations of events, working in collaboration with other departments and teams as required.
- Make necessary preparations for meetings and undertake relevant committee work including convening meetings, drafting agendas, minute taking, tracking actions and collating and distributing documentation required for meetings.
Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced, corporate EA/PA role. Happy in the office 5 days a week (no hybrid working option).
