Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with a well respected regional law firm that has great benefits. We are searching for an HR Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Manager.
Role Includes (but is not limited to):
- Onboarding and Offboarding staff
- Support with the whole employee lifestyle
- Holiday and absence recording
- Diary and Inbox management for the HR Manager
- Booking courses and training for staff
- Reports on payroll
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of HR assistant experience in a similar environment
- Confident in using all Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
