Legal Receptionist position based in Solihull (3 days) and Birmingham city centre (2 days). Fully office based, Monday to Friday, full time. Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 p/a.
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is working with an award-winning regional law firm looking for a Legal Receptionist to join their front of house team. For the first 6 months, this role will be based across both the Solihull and Birmingham city centre offices, before being solely based in Birmingham city centre in the future.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier requests.
- Support general office administration tasks as required.
The person:
- Significant experience as a receptionist, with at least 1 year's recent experience.
- Proven ability to deliver an excellent level of customer service, dealing with a range of clients.
- Experience of using a switchboard, and dealing with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Effective and clear communication, both written and verbal, able to ensure messages are recorded and passed on quickly and accurately.
