Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Part Time Compliance Officer at an education establishment in Worcester. They are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support compliance, policy management and regulatory requirements across the college.
Part Time Compliance Officer responsibilities:
- Review and maintain college policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety and statutory requirements
- Support inspections, audits and compliance reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous compliance experience, ideally within education
- Strong knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work to deadlines
