Property Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents including Landlord and tenant disputes
- Conduct research on property records, title disputes and legal issues
- Carry out Lease Reviews
- Maintain organised case files and documentation
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
The ideal candidate will have:
- MUST HAVE previous experience in property litigation
- Previous experience with case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
